Pistachio is a halal Middle Eastern and Mediterranean grill at Esplanade Mall, near Marina Bay, after moving from Wheelock Place, which closed on 14 June 2026. Chef Khaled cooks classic dishes with a contemporary twist, and the menu runs from mixed grill and Moroccan couscous to Prawn Singary, Tunisian braised lamb shank, lamb chops with moussaka, tomahawk steak and beef ribs. It was named Gold Winner for Best Halal Restaurant in Singapore 2026 in the Honeycombers 6th Annual Awards. The Esplanade location makes it an easy choice before or after a show, or for a long, unhurried dinner by the bay — a good pick when you want proper Middle Eastern grills and sharing plates rather than a quick bite.
