The restaurant occupies a pastel-toned space inside the mall, with an arched entrance, curved counter and warm lighting that give the dining room a contemporary café character. Freshly made pasta forms the centre of the menu, with different shapes matched to red, white and pink sauces. Beef Bolognese combines chipotle-seasoned minced beef with caramelised cherry tomatoes, while Duck Carbonara pairs smoked duck breast with a sous vide egg and grana padano. Truffle Mushroom uses porcini kombu stock, black truffle paste and mixed mushrooms for a meat-free option. Seafood choices include Prawn Aglio, Creamy Crab and Black Prawn, which brings tiger prawns and tomato together in a squid ink cream sauce.
